Our President and Secretary were given link for participation. Though we were not having any case when the meeting was pronounced except Family Pension case of Com. Janaki which was approved and pending issue of PPO. Some cases received at last minutes and submitted. The details of discussion in Adalat by Dr.Balasubramanian Jt.CCA is furnished below.
1. Sri.Md.Usman Ali. STP Hyderabad :- Revision of CDA PENSION 7th CPC w.e.f 1.1.2016.

Jt.CCA told in reply to our letter from TN CIRCLE and Certificate from Revenue authorities are awaited . We argued that all details have been submitted and duly recommended by PGM NWP-CFA TN Circle. Tashildar Palghat replied that furnishing certificate regarding individuals marriage status is not within his duty boundary. Marriage Certificate clearly reveals the status. Such a certificate was not demanded to others having similar cases. Finally they agreed to look into the case after the Adalat and by next week they would examine and reconsider.
6. Sri.M.V.Soundarrajan TN CO :- Non settlement of DCRG and Pension.
Joint CCA told as there is a court case is pending as per Rule,this case can not be settled till the promulgation of judgement. We told that Departmental VC has been cleared as there is no pending disciplinary cases contemplated against him and along with VC ,Footnote only was given. In addition to that the TN Circle wrote 2 letters during 2018 to settle his DCRG and Pension.In spite of that, his pensionary benefits was not settled.Mr.Mani Dy.CCA intervened that as per the latest order ,his case can not be considered .We told that as per Dept of Pension order issued during 2003,Pension can be drawn to such catagories.Order quoted by CCA Office is the order issued during 2021 January .Where as this case is pending in the CCA office since 2018. CCA office settled pension to retirees having similar issues. So,latest order has got no binding over him. So,CCA office has to settle the issue by getting approval from higher level if required stating the reason. They agreed to reconsider.

7. Mrs.Tiruputham Valentine TN CO VRS 2019 :- In the DCRG nomination other than nominees name is printed in SAMPANN.
CCA office replied that the case was referred to help desk and they also can not correct. As per the original nomination form 2 is corrected and the sheet is posted in SAMPANN. There were some more complaints on this issue. No one has argued as the case came earlier. We will pursue the case with CCA office to give a hard copy communication of mentioning actual nominee, in case this cannot be ratified by helpdesk.
8. Mrs.Alice Palakkal. :- Revision of Pension due to Junior getting More Pay.
Reply by JOINT CCA. Pension is drawn based on LPD by BSNL.So,stepping of pay has to be done by BSNL.
General:- Dear Comrades, Stepping up of Pay based on Junior getting More Pay is a cumbersome process faced by several Seniors. Several cases got settled by group of retirees approached CAT Chennai, Supreme Court. Subsequent to the court judgement there were delay in getting pay/pension revised. The Individual has to pinpoint a Junior and his pay in various stages and from when the higher pay was drawn. We have to approach BSNL Authorities in Person.
